**About the Opportunity**

We're seeking a technical co-founder to build an AI-native news product for global thought leaders. As the first technical hire, you'll own the entire tech stack, lead R&D, and shape the company's technical DNA.

Technical Vision & Architecture

Define the AI-driven product architecture

Lead tech stack decisions for scale and security

• **Product Development from 0→1**

Build MVP prototypes

Optimize model performance and user experience

Ship features that drive user growth

• **Team Building & Culture**

Recruit and mentor the initial engineering team

Establish development workflows

**What We're Looking For**

• 2+ years of experience managing core technical teams in AI startups, with at least 1 AI product launched from scratch (including milestones like product 上线，user growth, and successful fundraising).

• Experience in AI product engineering, with preference for candidates skilled in system architecture design, performance optimization, and distributed systems development.

• Deep understanding of the AI industry and ability to identify commercial potential in emerging technologies.
