Requisitos

We’re hiring a 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗢𝗽𝘀 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 to help stabilize and support a production environment running Ruby on Rails microservices. The focus is on improving reliability, deployments, and day-to-day operations within a self-managed Linux and containerized infrastructure👨‍💻👩‍💻

The initial engagement is 3–4 months, with strong potential to extend long-term after the stabilization phase📝⏳

🌟 Conversational English level.

🌟 Must reside in LATAM🌎

🌟 Strong hands-on Linux (Ubuntu) administration experience.

🌟 Production experience running self-hosted or unmanaged infrastructure.

🌟 Solid experience with Docker, containerized application operations, CI/CD concepts, and deployment workflows.

🌟 Experience supporting Ruby on Rails environments (functional understanding is sufficient).

🌟 Strong experience with PostgreSQL (high availability and reliability concepts) and Redis.

🌟 Experience troubleshooting live production environments.

🌟 Ability to work effectively with manual or partially automated deployments.
